Radical Hope
Adapted for Christian Leaders
WHAT IS RADICAL HOPE?
RADical Hope in partnership with Core Tribute, is committed to improving the lives and futures of Christian Leaders and Churches by strengthening connections and building resilience.
After suffering the devastating loss of a teenage son to suicide, the Martin family sought a way to help others avoid the pain they endured. After a disappointing search for another organization to support, they decided to create their own. With the help of psychologists, physicians, and other experts, they developed the Radical Hope/ Radical Health initiatives.
In just 5 years, this powerful, peer-to-peer, 4-week program has been launched on over 70 university campuses, is being used in the MLB and NFL with freshman players, and has served over 20,000 people..
Core Tribute and The Philadelphia Council of Clergy have teamed up with Radical Hope to modify its content to serve Christian Leaders and Christian Communities.
As a Peer-to-Peer program, it can be used by clergy with one another. And, it can be offered as a life group or a 4 week series within a youth group. The key is to have leaders trained who will use the materials with their PEER group. So, students run groups with other students. Clergy run groups with peer clergy. Congregants and parishioners run groups for one another. .
