Before he was a leader, Michel was a player.  After graduating from and playing for UVA​​, Michel was signed to the New York Jets where he played for 2 years.  

Now, he serves on the board of the NFL Alumni Association and has launched a weekly podcast where he interviews Christian football players, coaches, and their family members about lessons learned from their lives in sports, and especially football!
